The quote tool

The comparison form gathers sex, date of birth, your personal assessment of health, tobacco use status, the benefit you want, and how long you want it for. These responses go to the carriers' rating system to produce quotes, and are not retained by our servers. Names, locations, phone numbers and email addresses are not requested to see price comparisons. When identical requests come in repeatedly, they are satisfied from a short-term cache to spare the carriers' system the redundant work.

Applying

If you choose to apply, the details you entered are forwarded to populate a secure application managed by the carriers' platform, and you will adhere to that service's privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, License 0B75129, coordinates the application.

The contact form

The contact form gathers your name, email address, phone number (optional), your preferred contact channel, the subject, and your message. The agency gets the note via email; your return address is your email. Our servers do not save copies of messages, retain a database of submissions, or log message specifics. Before sending, a lightweight fraud check runs in your web browser.

Measurement

Our site employs basic, cookieless counting of page visits sourced directly from this domain. No browser cookies or local trackers are generated; your IP address has two bytes obscured before storage; the referring page's search query is dropped; and server records are purged within 90 days. If your browser signals Do Not Track status or Global Privacy Control, we do not capture your activity.

What we do not do

This site never resells or transfers private data, does not use advertising trackers, and does not include third-party measurement software. The sole non-first-party code is the carriers' application service found only on the application page, which operates according to its own terms.
